Marcy Avenue Station
Photo 1 of 2 | This guy was playing his electric(!) guitar on the platform at Marcy Avenue station
in Williamsburg. He had a little battery-powered amp strapped on his back and
kept playing melodies. Now, musicians of all kinds play in many subway stations,
but usually in Manhattan. Plus, he hasn't had anything to collect money with,
so I guess he was not a subway musician, but maybe on the way to his band rehearsal
or just generally crazy about practising the guitar. After playing for a while,
he finally stepped on an M train and disappeared towards Manhattan.
Only in America...
