let me guess this Mandarin Kasino...Is it a Chinese Amphitheatre? or a Chinese Casino? something must be :-) besides the dirty floor and the bad paint, the interesting thing in this picture is the red sign. (if you think I've posted silly comments let me know!)

Mandarin casino is a club or something. I've never been in there though. :-) And it seems like it's going to be torn down.
