Thanks Karthik. The colors are 100% real btw. On that construction yard, they had differently colored neon lights all across the building. I haven't quite figured out why though. Maybe to tell apart different storeys by color? But wouldn't a simple sign with "1", "2" an so on be easier to understand? :-)

Consider the wide range of people working on construction sites!
Everyone can distinguish colours. Numbers are for advanced users. ("They need you on the third storey." - "?" - "The blue level!" - "OK.")
